ok thanks i understand so if icreate my own logo without any TM and looks "similar" to a real band but not the real one less dangerous and we want just have some fun and play event.. nothing more..not charge L$ or sell shirts or gadget to be safe..

and i dont think real band move legal action to 2 or 3 ppl play for fun and earn 0 in a game.. they have major problem in RL like many say (like real TM illegal use for fake shirts and gadget.. and more..) and we are just fans nothing more!

maybe they come if we play event and ask money... i see some event in SL have ticket cost like 1000/2000L$ are some money!

(100 ppl x 10$ not fews ) some use 2 3 sims so can sell like 200/300 ticket
