'About land' - 'moderate content'?

Hi all. I've been wondering about this;

• does this refer to the land's contents, or its listing (e.g. swearing, sex refs)?
• If this is left unticked, is the land contents (or listing) considered to have a 'general' rating?
• Does this affect how the land appears in search?
