If you are a Basic member, you cannot obtain support for manual age verification. You need Premium membership for that.

An alternative is to account verify instead by setting up a payment relationship with Linden Lab but with no bank account and no way of verifying a Paypal account, that seems problematic too.

Keep trying the age verification process. Double check the information you're entering. If you have a double last name, enter that without the space. Consider applying for a National ID card if nothing else works.
