Teleporting Problems

When I teleport, I keep getting logged out of SL! It will do this almost all the time, and then it will start working all of a sudden. I would say it works 10% of the time I spend on SL. GRRR very frastrating, I am a newby on Sl and it is most likely something I am doing wrong......but what? Please help.

Ive tried everything they have said to do, It stoped for like 2 weeks and now its gotten worse
