Rusalka Writer
Looks like they might have gotten around to wiping the mesh sims. In any event, the latest viewer build is still pending, the previous one (Darwin at least) won't upload models, and I dearly hope this won't be the case all weekend. arton Rotaru
Yup, all gone. Looks like the new asset format is deployed to most of the mesh regions now. I was able to upload and rez on Mesh Sandbox 14 for example. Requires the MAD viewer.

Medhue Simoni
I crash too much to test anything. Could be my card tho. It has been wonky for months now. All reports sent :matte-motes-silly:
Drongle McMahon
Mesh City 2 is wierd. It's still running the PRIM TEST server. From the new server next door, you can see the old meshes sitting in it, but as soon as you cross into it, they all disappear! Ah well, time to empty Inventory. Gearsawe Stonecutter
Well it was nice if a mesh was linked to a normal prim the normal prim was left behind. Forgot to backup one script but was still left in the normal prim! that was close.
Rusalka Writer
Maybe the guy who was predicting the rapture was really talking about mesh...
Josh Susanto
My own mesh prophecies are logical, and you'll find them to be consistent with what you have now observed if you read up on them. In a nutshell, this new phenomenon can probably best be explained as the "New Coke" stage between Coke and Coke Classic. Because the mesh system with which you are familiar is not what will ultimately be deployed on the main grid, LL would seem to be utilizing the upside of the necessary delay (explained elsewhere) to try to clear your mental palate of the taste of meshes as you now know them. That is: they are giving you a chance to forget a few things in order to better pull off the desperate last-minute bait and switch they will need to pull off, now that they have painted themselves into a corner by getting a lot of people geared up for SL to do things that it will not be able to do for another significant number of users. Or I'm wrong. Ask LL to deny it and see if they can.
