i keep unblocking a friend and when i log back in theyre blocked again

i have unblocked a friend, but every time i log back into SL hes blocked again. How can i fix this, its rather concerning as i cant see any of his offline messages. Any suggestions?

That sounds like something that may need a Support ticket to get resolved.

I think it may be working like Friends requests...both of you have to be on line before it will work. (This is a bug, not a feature)
