I am missing thousands in inventory clearing cache in every way possible doesn't help.. plz help

Yes, unfortunately, there is no support on lost inventory for Basic members. I'd give it one more shot, uninstall all viewers including manually removing all AppData secondlife folders, reinstall second life then log into Smith and do nothing until your Inventory loads from the server. Click the Recent tabe to get it moving.

If the items are still missing and depending on what they would cost to replace, consider taking out Premium membership on a monthly basis, submit a ticket and keep Premium in force until Support look at it. I wouldn't hold out too much hope of retrieving your missing items though.

I've been having the exact same problem as you for around the same amount of time also. I have tried everything and i am getting tired of waiting for things to return. I had this issue once before, and i think its something to do with the auto updating because it always happens when SL tells me it downloaded a new update. Then ill download it and get back online only to find 10,000+ items missing. Getting sick of wearing the same stuff for an entire week, and having no poses or dances loading lol
