Houses are allocated at random if you want a home in a particular region you will have to keep trying for that theme until you get either region

It's a nice region

But it is a lottery. The best advice I can give, is to install a refresh and monitor add-on to your browser. Set it to alert when the word Stilt appear. Then you do not have to refresh the page manually all the time. Set the timer to refresh every 70 or 80 second to be sure you do not refresh too often.

If you are logged in, you can monitor the region and see if it is sudden activity, and use your tries then.

But it is no one who can tell if you get a location there. You can just as well get an abandoned home another place. And others can be quicker to grab it in front of you. The best is to already have a name clear, or just type nonsense like 1111111 as name. You change it inworld.

But getting a Stilt in any region is a coup now, so do not focus on the location so much.
