If I buy Premium will I be able to trade more lindens to Dollars? If so what will my new limits be?

Trading limits have nothing to do with being a basic or premium account.  The key to getting increased trading limits is to use the system first to buy some linden so that your account becomes active.  From there, the limits go up according to schedule

Cinn is absolutely correct.

This does not mean that becoming a premium member does not have it's benefits when it comes to the 'Linden dollar.'

You get a weekly stipend.  You get a sign-up bonus.  You get a house - that's pretty good bang for your buck.
