Audio Stream Plays Automatically

Whenever I log in to a region, or TP to a different region, that region's audio stream automatically starts playing. It used to be that this did not happen, and I do not know what changed to make it happen. How can this automatic playing be prevented?

I am using the latest Firestorm viewer.

Preferences (Ctrl_P) -> Sound & Media -> Music tab -> Un-check "Allow audio streams to autoplay".

(You can do similar for Media.)
