Hello!
I've already went to every forum and done all that I possibly could to fix my avatar and nothing is working for me?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled second life viewer and firestorm viewer. Went to a default avatar. ctrl+shift+r. refreshed my attachments. tried on new or different items. cleared my cache. changed my graphics. made sure the programs i was using were completely updated. went to new sims. took off the entire outfit and items i was wearing and reattached them. Nothing has worked. I tried going on a different computer and still had the same issue. not just my avatar, but all the other avatars around me were not rendering. Even some random textures were not rendering either. Music, voice and everything else works great. I even run around 200fps not a problem.

I've even given my whole computer a complete reboot and wiped everything out and tried everything again and nothing worked.

I've also been using second life for over 10 years now and this has never happened to me.

If you have any ideas on what could be the problem or what could fix this please let me know!!! Thank you

Post your viewer & computer spec info:  Help menu, click About.  Copy and Paste the info here.  While not your computer specifically (since you have tried others), it still might be related to computer settings.

Are you wired or wireless?

Have your done a complete reboot of your router/modem since the problem started?

Have you confirmed that there is nothing going on with your ISP?

Have you checked your maximum bandwidth?  With one of the Firestorm updates, my bandwidth got shoved down to the spot between WiFi and DSL, which killed my rendering until I worked it out.  I'm on Firestorm (not sure which viewer you generally used) and it's at Avatar > Preferences > Network & Files > Connection.  I keep mine at 1500 Kbps.

Without the info from your viewer's Help->About... we are guessing. Which means you are going to try lots of fixes that are not useful for your issues.

Also, if you have tried everything... then obviously there is no fix and you are doomed. (Teasing) Since things used to work, it is likely a recent change is in your system, Internet, viewer, or the SL system is the problem. Since the problem is local to you, that narrows it to Internet, viewer, or computer.

Use https://www.speedtest.net/ to start testing your connection. To dive deep into your connection to SL read my Troubleshoot Your #SL Connection. Remember. A good Internet connection is not the same as a good connection to the SL system.

To eliminate viewer issues we use multiple viewers. To get help from the Lab via SL Support we must be using the Linden made SL Viewer. So many of us have our favorite viewer for daily use and the SL default viewer for trouble shooting.  If two different brands of viewer have the same problem then it is not likely a viewer problem.

Computer problem... if you had included the Help->About... info we would be able to see if your computer is the likely problem. As it is we don't even know if you are on Windows or Mac.

...and lots of problems resolve in 24 to 48 hours without any help from us.
