topping up lindens

Hi,

 

I was trying to top up some lindens in world and on marketplace but it wont let me.

I've checked my bank but i did not receive any notification or whatever for confirmation or even OTP for me to approve the transaction.

I have not even had this kind of problem before , just now.

 

Is there a problem with the system at the moment?

Note that any  time there are issues with anything related to payment method, it often impacts other payment stuff.
