There are at least three different common forms of teleportation 1) a "SLURL," which looks like a web address (a "URL"). There is always one teleport that's always available to you. Press CTRL+SHIFT+H to teleport to your Home spot. If you don't yet have a Home location set, it will send you to a random Infohub instead. How do you know they didn't read it? They could have and just gotten confused even more since their group problem wasn't even mentioned. Thing is, Second Life has this massive learning curve. The more you try to explain it, the more confusing it gets. Then on top of that you're being called a troll when all you wanna do is figure out why and how you're in a bunch of groups you have no interest in.
