I can no longer touch texture offset options

I was editing textures on floor panels, and all of a sudden, I can not edit the texture offset options. Clicking on the arrows do nothing at best, and mess up the textures at worst. Is there a way to reset build options? Or to get texture editing back on my objects? I don't know what's going on, but I can no longer align floor tiles via the textures.
