Land Bids???

If you try to buy land from the auction, is the L$ taken out at the time of the bid? And if so, if you lose are those L$ returned to you?

Also, is the bid a 1x payment for like the first month and then the monthly tier comes out according to the size that you bought?

2 no, the bid is for purchasing only, tier levels are always paid afterwards, it's calculated on the biggest amount of land, at any moment, during a billingcycle.
