Maps of SL worldmap for a wordpress website

Hello all. I would like to embed some maps of the SL world map on my wordpress site. Does anyone know a plug-in for this? Or can give me a code that I can embed? Unfortunately, I can't program, but maybe it's not that complicated. The maps should update themselves when the page is called (just with the current available state of the general website). I have found nothing on the Internet. Thank you very much, I am glad about every hint.
