Billing Issue - Process Credit

Hi,

I dont know if this is the forum.. but i have issued 4 process credit to my paypal to oldest being 12th January and it still hasn't come yet, my other (oldest) ones would always take 2 days to get it, I KNOW ITS UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS but is as pass those days, never took this long and my tickets i submitted have not been answered which usually are answered within a day! Something really weird is going on!

And Monday was a holiday which would make today, the 20th of January, the 5th full business day.

I called and have ticket, Im not from USA so i wasn't aware of the holiday. hopefully going to get it by tomorrow... no response to the ticket tho
