The region must be moved when you purchase it, but that fee is included with the transfer fee. 

You can keep the Romance name if you wish!


Set to 30,000 prims, which can be lowered to 20,000 prims if desired. 

We're moving our tenants to other areas, and the region should be cleared within the next 2 weeks. 

Tier is due on the 13th. $209 USD for the tier, if you keep grandfathered status. You can reduce this by lowering the Land Impact allowance to 20,000. 

We're taking bids starting at $1500 USD, not counting the transfer fee. (Transfer fees to keep grandfathered status are another $300 USD.) Please send your bid to: Anneliese Wolfenhaut, in world.

SMH..at least this one has 30k prims.  This is price gouging at it's finest. This will take someone 3 years to even break even. Just order direct from LL.

well I cannot understand why people pay anything more than 800 usd to buy these regions.  looks like they have lost their calculators.
