I would start by contacting the designer of that dress and asking if a stylecard (a list of what hair, head, skin, etc. were used) for the photo is available.

If I'm guessing, there won't be one. It will have been rendered in a 3rd party program that a lot of SL businesses use, instead of showing them on SL avatars.

argh, I am too naive, obviously.....

It definitely looks like a Poser render to me. The hair is usually a big giveaway.

That said, the look could probably be achieved easily enough with Maitreya (possibly with the Petite add-on), and there's an Asian style head at Lelutka (name I have forgotten). Mudskin does nice Asian skins. I'd look at Exile or Rama for hair like that.

Yeah, Poser 3D. That's not an SL avatar.

It wouldn't be hard to do something similar in SL, like others said and what I have used is Ceylon head and Mudskin skins. I use her Hoyeon Skin.
