He will take your money and run His original avi is banned for this same reason... he will offer rent cheap then after a week his tiers are not paid and the land < not just homesteads> is closed.... and the renter has nothing and never gets their money back after being promised they would I didn't get taken by this fool but I know of honest people who have...
