Hello, does anyone know if live chat is working properl? I'm a premium user and I have been trying to contact people there, I have been waiting for over an hour after 'Boxy 3000' told me a team member would contact me shortly and they just never appeared.
Edit: I just noticed it's in maintenance, my bad.
