Question

I have recently purchased 40+ euro worth of linden dollars. The payment came back as unsuccessful and cancelled yet money was still taken out of my account.
 

Would anyone know if this is a common issue and if theres a way fix to it? I have issued support tickets regarding the matter but no replies yet. 

 

I paid with a credit card if that means anything 

 

Any advice would be appreciated 🙏

Was it a true credit card or a debit card?  

Is the money now showing in your US Dollar balance on your Dashboard:  https://secondlife.com/my/account  (check under US$ Tilia Account Summary).  If there is money showing, then the money is available for you to use to buy L$, regardless of whatever happened the first time around.

I checked and it’s at 0 :( All attempted payments have been recorded as cancelled/declined but money was taken out anyway. I will try calling in the morning though, ty for your help 🙏🏼
