I agree that this is affecting more than just one or two isolated instances, but as @Alwin Alcott has demonstrated, it's not universal.

So, I guess it's only a little broken, or partly broken.

Still, that's faint comfort if you are one of the affected people.

People who are experiencing these problems should call LL Billing (not today, but on Monday when they are open). 800-294-1067

Log out of your Dashboard and the forums.  Clear your browser cache and temp files.  Then log in and try again.

There was billing maintenance Dec30th, as of right now Payment methods can not be added, updated, or removed. Somebody broke something big time, it isnt just you and I vampirinaD, I have confirmed with other friends they are affected as well. I have yet to have even one person successfully add or edit their billing information or payment method.

I just successfully added my PayPal info to one of my alt accounts.
