65,536 sqm (size of a region) / 1,024 sqm (enough for one resident's Linden Home) = 64 residents per region

Most regions on Bellisseria have somewhere between 20--23 parcels for houses on them.  Some have a couple more, some have considerably fewer.

As Abnor has explained several times, LDPW carry the Land Impact for all the houses and house controllers, plus all the roadways, trees, rocks, bushes, flowers, particles and other land- and soundscaping, and we have to leave a margin to allow for everyone rezzing the house with the highest LI and maxing out the LI on their parcel with their own objects, and then we have to leave a margin to allow for a few vehicles entering the region.

Remember you get to use the full LI for the parcel -- we (LDPW) carry the LI for all the houses.

Happy now?  It cost a precious 3LI, but I finally got around to adding rails to the decks.  I fought it for a long time, but it does feel more finished.

*Cancels my call to the building authority and OSHA*

That overhang may be an issue if there is an earthquake.  It's not up to code.

/me shakes the region like a restart warning to see what falls.

I'm pretty sure the chiminea on the wood deck is the biggest concern.  It will likely catch the whole place on fire long before an earthquake hits.
