No you can't access it on a web page.

However, if you want a second window inworld, select the gear wheel at the bottom of your inventory sidebar tab and then select the menu item'New Inventory Window'.

Kirsten's viewer also has a button on the bottom bar to open another window, can't recall offhand if the official viewer has that too. EDIT. No it doesn't so use what I said above. That will give you two windows open same time.

your inventory can only be accessed with your viewer - as in - you need to be inworld.

You can access it through some of the lightweight chat clients, such as Radegast, but they still need to be downloaded. They are just a lot smaller than a full SL viewer and they have no graphics.

there used to be a browser based SL viewer called Ajaxlife it was developed by the person behind megaprim.sl since this viewer no longer works/exists/gets developed with out downloading a viewer you can't access personal inventory
