Beautiful quarter sims available with stunning mountain view surroundings. Quiet, private place with high enough walls allowing for total privacy. 3 quarters to choose from. Use of land flexible. Few non-strict rules for general safety and mutual enjoyment.  Each quarter is 4998 prims for $L3900 a week ( 2 prims for the rental meter).Great prims per Linden price ( 1.22) Snowy Land. Snowy surround. You have the option to choose your own surround  if you wish. Smaller parcels will be made, if desired. The general surround and land will change with the seasons.
