Maybe I'm not understanding the advantages of owning a private Grandfathered region besides the additional 10,000k prims. So yes the asking price may be a little optimistic on the part of the seller. Kori Amaterasu Posted January 5, 2022 Share Posted January 5, 2022 In my personal experience buying GF regions, the market price is closer to USD$ 1100-1300 +$300 transfer fee on the buyer, anything over $1500-1600 is simply ridiculous 🙂 And on the other hand, $800-1000 including transfer fee is just plain dreaming, maybe 4-5 years ago.
