I can't change my profile description!

My SL and RL are too long (more then 500 and 250 characters) - i tried to edit it but when I wanna short one of them (SL or RL decription) and save, it keeps informing me that the another description is too long and the sl doesn't save the changes... I've tried editing it on SL and on my browser. Please help!

If it doesn`t let you clear them both at the same time and save them blank so that you can start over, log in one of the other viewers, such as Phoenix and edit them both so that they are short and then go back to your usual viewer and it should work ok there after that.

Remember that spaces created by your spacebar count as characters, people often make pretty patterns with special characters and don`t realise that the spaces are using up characters too and wonder why it keeps saying they are over the limit.
