i havent gotten my order from marketplace

i ordered something from marketplace. my name is blazingstar it was my order for 171 lindens wat should i do

Check your order history in your marketplace account. Copy your transaction number into a notecard and send it by IM to the merchant explaining your problem, asking politely for redelivery. (the merchant's name appears in your order history)

Don't panic yet. Open Marketplace and click the My Marketplace menu at the top of the page. Select My Account >> Order History from the pulldown menu. You'll be able to see an itemized list of everything you ordered and what the status of the order is. If an item is listed as "Delivered" but has not yet arrived in your inventory, this is not unusual. It coul just be LL's servers being slow.  It could also happen if your IMs were capped and you weren't in world when the item was supposed to be delivered. (If IMs are capped, the system automatically refuses to deliver anything to you. This is especially likely if you tried to order many things at the same time and overloaded your mailbox.)

If you do not receive items within about 24 hours, you should cut and paste the information about a missing item from that Order History and send it in a IM or notecard to the merchant, along with a polite message requesting redelivery.  Most merchants are used to delivery problems, so you shouldn't have any problem getting your item.
