Have you tried clearing your browser cache? (and hiding your bookmarks?)

It's a broken link... clearing cache makes no difference, and hiding bookmarks never would. 

Does it work for you to Add a new credit card?

When I click the Add a Credit Card link, I get the page where you add your information, not your error message.

Rowan suggested hiding your bookmarks because your screenshot says something about you that um, you might not want all of us to know.

But now we do.

As Lindal said, that suggestion was for a different reason.

 

If clearing the browser cache doesn't work, ensure you are allowing cookies.  Also, some add-ons seem to interfere with the process, so you could try a different browser.

That's where I keep all of my scientific articles and recipes for shellfish. You know... porns! 

SL fixed this issue this morning on a billing support call. Was something internal. I was having this issue on multiple devices, and multiple browsers on those devices. A friend of mine a couple of states away was having the same issue when she tried. But it's fixed now, whatever was affecting my account probably just took a rebooted computer. 

 

Nobody raises a brow at someone potentially living in debt, weird priorities here.

I don't consider using credit cards to be living in debt.  I charge almost everything to mine in order to get the travel rewards and then just pay it off each month.
