Trying to purchase $L via Skrill

Hi, I'm trying to purchase some $L via Skrill, and there seems to be an issue going on with it.  I know I have the money in my Skrill account, but I wonder if the issue is on the Tilia/LL side of it.

Yes, I did read the status and they did mention this back on Dec 3rd: 
"We are aware that some residents are having trouble processing payments using Skrill. We are investigating this issue and apologize for any inconvenience. Please watch this blog for updates."
 

I think there's still some issues going on.

or something at your accountside ... call billing to see if they can help solve it.
