I am having problems with the age verification process. (Different problems?)

So I have sucessfully verified my age on this website. But when  I got to ingame I go to preferences then general and the drop down menu asking what content i want isnt even there. Just the "I want to acess content rated" text but there is nothing below it. THE DROP DOWN MENU IS NOT THERE. what do I do. i just verified it last night. have been trying to find this out for 2 days.

ps, if the drop down menu is not there at all, ensure you have logged in under advanced mode as opposed to basic mode.

oh. so what does this mean? that i have to show credit card info?

basically it means if you cant get age verified, you can get some payment info on file, with a credit card yes, but there are other ways too.
