What happened to the Winter Swaginator Hunt areas?

I completed the first clue but when I tried to teleport to the second area I would get a teleport error, when I look at the Place Profile in the campwich link it gives me the N/A card. How are we supposed to do the hunt if the lands are not avaliable?

I replied to your comment about this in the other thread. According to the in world map, that region is currently offline. There are more than a few regions offline at the moment.
