Looking to rent out my land allocation

i'm allowed 4096 of land free with my charter membership from beta. I'm wondering if anyone would want to rent this from me? to be clear, i have no land, this is just about renting my allowed allocation

Not sure why we don't see this more often. It should be of particular interest to those from VAT-collecting countries (assuming tier rent is to be paid in L$) so they can own (group-deeded) Mainland without needing to be Premium members. I imagine the mechanism would be for you to join the group that is to hold the land, so as to be able to contribute the tier.

No idea what the going rate should be. The US$22/mo fee for 4096 tier works out to about L$1218/week at the common L$240 exchange rate, but I have no guess how much "risk adjustment" would be expected in a tier rental market.
