How about Linden homes in an adult region, with a choice of homes like: (1) a camper, but in a 1024sqr; (2) a tent in a 1024sqr; (3) no home at all in a 1024sqr allowing the whole allowance for 'toys'... Similar to the prudes getting all the adult stuff moved to Zindra. And this would give a nice boost for the LL revenues as the 'I'm only in SL for the sex' crowd rush to go premium. The house does not count against it. But if you want an empty plot of land, thats the exact purpose of mainland. Wouldn't be much of a Linden "Home" if its a green field of nothing. Inside your home you can have all the 'toys' you want rezzed, outside your home you can have stuff with adult animations in as long as you have your parcel set so no one outside of it can see in. This was something many of us, including myself pushed for early on when Bellisseria started out. The idea I know that the Lindens must have talked about at some point because they even addressed this question on one of the monthly "Lab Gabs" and the idea of Adult Linden homes was completely and totally shot down. So I would love if they revisited the topic but when they did that episode of Lab Gab some time ago it felt like they gave us an answer to that ask already. Did LL publish an RFP asking for ideas for new LH concepts? LL has oft reiterated their definition of LH regions, which includes neither adult nor commercial zones. How about a new mainland concept instead? I wonder, would this thread and the "commercial LH" thread's OPs be happy with a new mainland product? Could LL carve out specific areas on mainland and run them as lightly covenanted estates with some mole-built infrastructure? I think they've tried twice, with Horizons and Bay City. I have had to move Linden homes because of neighbours being very indiscrete in their adult activities (explicit porn visible from outside the property), and multiple abuse reports failing to resolve the issue. What makes you think that these people would follow any rules and not continue to do these things they are doing now? I suspect that it will still continue even if there were 100 adult regions in Bellisseria. However, AR's not being addressed is all on LL. You may be right. Something is killing it. Private sims don't cater (as far as I know) for those who want to own connected land, but have a usage covenant to protect, and be protected from, neighbours.
