avatar my avatar alpha, skin, hair base, are stuck on and won't come off no matter what body or reset

i logged on my account- my avatar alpha, skin, hair base does not show that it's on my avatar. i tried to reset the avatar clear my files. i tried different viewers and it's still messed up . when i put on basic avatar it still keeps on the alpha, skin, and hair base from an outfit i never saved. how do i fix it it?

If none of the advice in this thread helps, you may have to contact support as the OP did...

This is the third person posting about the same problem in the past 24 hors - sounds like there's something going wonky server-side.
