Turing Estates has seasons. You can expect to see the ground textures change with the seasons with lush green lands in the summer and it is almost unheard of not to have a White Christmas.

The style of the islands is generally “Country Estate” and, as such, they are usually populated by animal lovers, particularly those with VKC dogs. The style of building is not set in stone, neither is there a dress code or other protocol. We have, however, a PG Rating in all of our regions and we ask that you be mindful of our decision.

You may also rent the parcels, details of how to do this are in the covenant which you can read in the “About Land” window for the parcel, or by reading the covenant on the Turing Estates web site: http://www.turingestates.com/?page_id=3  Our residents think that a covenant is a good thing. The guidelines are common sense and simple to live by and everyone knows where they stand.
