I bought a gift from marketplace I charged but item hasn't been delivered ! What should I do?

Hello xalo. Normally you must to wait 24 hours and after you can start to worry. If eventually you don't get your purchase and you are sure that you haven't it in your inventory, open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (you see there the name of the merchant) --> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.
