change music at house

hello i was seeing if you can change the music at your house

If you own or rent the parcel your home is on then yes, normally you'll have that ability in the About Land window.  In the Sound tab.  

Some places have rentals stacked one after another.  You can't always change music on those.  60L rentals are often like that.
