Help! For Contest Game

Hello, I wish to ask does anyone know what stores have or do you know how to make a contest game in which you have a scoreboard which stores all avatar names who enter into the competition until the contest  is over and it tells you who and who is in the lead (1st, 2nd etc.. with how much points). I want it to be a pick up trash system game (where they click on the trash all over the beach and click over and over until it disappears and they gain points then few minutes later the trash returns back on land to be once again clicked for more points). I want the game to be like a beach clean up game (I want it to be fun yet also a learning experience to save our beaches and get rid of trash)
