Check out body skins by Gloom. They have a variety of options including slim, plus the layers are tattoo based and faded so they can be matched with a lot of skins.

Velour also has a skinny shading option, but they use regular neck faders, so there may be be some issues with perfect matching, unless you like their skins.

That's fair. There generally aren't hourglass hips, from what I've seen, unless you just happen to use that shape. O_O
