Dear @FURRYFLORA,

If you bought something from the Marketplace or a store in SL, only the seller can give you a refund. Most sellers will not give refunds for copyable items, but you can send them a notecard with your purchase details and ask. If you bought a Premium membership or something else from Linden Lab, they will not give refunds.
