Yes it is. It always was and it still is. Firestorm and others still implement the legacy search, which is traffic-only. That's why there is still a huge use for traffic.

The LL explanation you posted is about the web search, not the legacy search.

So that's why I couldn't find anything in search. I tried looking for an old store, Silent Sparrow, and the results gave me everyone and their grandmother's display names with Sparrow in it. Not very
