30k Full Prim Private Region For Rent, Available Immediately

My long term tenant is sadly leaving and the region is now available to rent. It's a full private region with 30k prims at a price of 16k per week. Many 20k prim sims rent at that price, so it's a pretty good deal. I'm not trying to make money off of anyone, just get expenses paid.
