Purchasing a 1024 sqm parcel, when that’s all the property owned, is a $7.00 p/m tier. Once deeded to a group to gain the 10% group discount, what is the maximum possible sqm allowed beyond 1024 sqm and still remain in the $7.00 p/m tier?

Your Premium membership gives you 1024 sqm without charge.  If you are willing to pay another $7.00 per month for tier, that actually gives you a total of 2048.  When that is donated to a group, the group can then own 2048 + 204 = 2252 sqm of land for the $7.00 per month fee.

Or just donate your Premium 1024 to a group and the group can then own 1126 sqm of land without any additional fees beyond your Premium membership.

So:

Purchasing a 1024 sqm parcel, when that’s all the property owned and then deeded to group, the extra sqm credit would be 102 sqm, and any additional sqm below a total of 2048(that being up to 2047) sqm would not add any extra sqm credit above the 102 sqm?

And:

Purchasing a 2048 sqm parcel, when that’s all the property owned and then deeded to group, the extra sqm credit would be 204 sqm, and any additional sqm below a total of 4096(that being up to 4095) sqm would not add any extra sqm credit above the 204 sqm?

And so on and so forth...?

the 1024 tier allowance we get with the Premium package allows to us to own a 1120 sqm parcel when the parcel is deeded  to group and our 1024 tier allowance is contributed to group

1120 is divisible by 16. 16 sqm is the smallest land block that can be obtained

Tier and land are 2 separate things.  If you donate 1024 tier to a group, including the %10 bonus tier a group gets, the group can then own 1126 worth of land.  If you donate 1500 tier to the group, the group can own 1650 land.  The %10 bonus works for any amount of tier donated but you can only buy tier in 1024, 2048, 4096, etc. chunks.

You can donate any amount of tier you own to a group and they will get a %10 bonus tier on that amount.

As TT120 said, tier and land are two different things.

Tier is sort of like property taxes or rent due to LL.  You pay LL based on how much tier is being used.  "Used" means used for Resident owned Mainland and also tier donated to a group.

No matter how much tier is donated to a group, the group always gets 10% more.  So if the group has 1536 sqm of tier, the group can own 1536 + 153 = 1689 sqm of land.

These days, it is called LI (Land Impact) and a 16 sqm parcel would get 5 LI.

LI is not exactly equal to the number of Prims.

I guess when deeded to group a 16 sqm mini parcel would earn 10% of 16 = 1.6 sqm for a grand total of 16 + 1.6 = 17.6 sqm, with enough prims for a towel and pillows

Not really.  The smallest parcel size is 16 sqm (4x4) and all increments are also 16 sqm (4x4).  So even though a donation of 16 sqm to a group would allow for up to 17.6 sqm to be owned, because of the size limitations, you would actually go from 16 sqm to 32 sqm (from 5 LI to 10 LI) and the 32 sqm would require more tier donation.

Thanks Jewell for explaining these things so well
