If it isn't showing anything in the Open Orders section, then there might be an issue with your payment method.  Confirm that it is valid.  If all else fails, you can call Billing in the morning.

Enough in your US $ Balance or on your payment method?

If you are talking about your payment method, have you used it before?  Are you possibly hitting your L$ buy limit for the 24 hour or 30 day period?

Check the following:

  • Is your payment method PayPal or Skrill?  If so:
    • Is the account "verified"? That is, is it backed up by a RL bank account or major credit card?
    • Is there enough money actually in the account to cover your purchase? LL does not like to wait for money to be transferred from your bank to PayPal to them.
  • Is your payment method a debit card or a prepaid card? Most of these are not accepted by LL as a valid payment method. They can stop accepting yours, even if it's worked in the past.
  • Has your card expired?  Or, have you gotten an updated card, but not updated the expiration date in your payment method info?
