You have access to the Knowledge Base already.  It's the right-hand blue tab at the top of this page -- the one labeled KNOWLEDGE BASE.  It is a pretty neat feature, but it isn't always easy to find answers for the things you really want to ask.  That's why this Answers forum is here.  If you ever have a question about Second Life, feel free to ask it here.  We're all SL resdients, just like you.  It's just that most of us have been here a lot longer and have made about every possible mistake, so we know how to help.

Also click the "What is Second Life" link at the top of this page (or the "what Next" link at the top of your dashboard).  There are helpful links there to video tutorials etc.  Welcome to Second Life and the forums!

As the others have said you can access the Knowledge Base by clicking the button just above the search bar on this page.

There are some "improvements" going on with this Answers section at the moment making a bit confusing. If you wish to add more info to your question or ask anything else, you can use Options > Edit.
