Sales in SL are final, but you cán try contacting support for it, no guarantee they will end it.

you don't get 1000L$ before you'r premium for 45 days.
and yes you have to pay for additional things. But that is all quite well explained in all articles connected to those perks.

45 days before you will get it,  this is to stop the smash and grab scheme people would do, sorry this is how it works and will not change,  and name change is an extra charge, it states such on the name change page too.
