I restarted my sim...it took 30 mins to get back online when I got back some of my items are missing

I restarted my sim...it took 30 mins to get back online when I got back some of my items are missing..they are not in lost and found or anywhere else in my inventory and the number of prims I have available has gone up so they have been removed in the restart..does anybody have any ideas what I can do please:)
