if it's mainland only the lab people can do that. if you are premium you can use live chat https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/

if it's a private region the region owner/manager can do it.

HI, My name is Moon Oxidor and I need help.  I bought a parcel in a Mainland (Melungtse) 512M2 and something big like a ghost prim or something else  blocks me.  I can't walk through that invisible object.

I tried in View to see the invisible objects but it does'nt work.  With a object scanner it does'nt work too.  I am very desapointed and sad.

I don't know if you have a solution, I thought  to request a restart of my parcel or region.  I'm so tired to search for a lot of solutions.  If you know a permanent solution for that kind of problems, tell me just in case if it happen again.

I am at the position (7,224,95) Melungtse.Thank's a lot.

@moon, Couldn`t really check for you because you have ban lines around your plot, but there is nothing around that would be blocking your plot with a bounding box, so its a fair bet that it is a ghost prim.

 

All the sims will be restarted in the rolling restarts, but you can request a sim restart at any time from Live Chat by going to: https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/
